Fraud   Fraud is a crime committed with the deliberate intent of deceiving you for personal gain through false pretences, forged documents, a crime of obtaining money or some other benefit by deliberate deception. The fraud trail is often straightforward, but sometimes it is deliberately concealed. Fraud can be committed by customers, suppliers, distributors, employees, or by management and it usually involves collusion between two or more people. Fraud is normally complex, difficult to unravel, and handling it requires professional skill and investigation.

Theft    The act or crime of stealing somebody else's property, which often leaves one feeling invaded and sullied. Our investigations include, but are not limited to common theft, burglaries, looting, shoplifting and stock theft. We investigate with care and understanding, and upon conclusion we will hand the gathered evidence to the police for processing if you so wish.

Corruption   Rogue individuals often act outside their organizational structures in secret intermixed with legal activity to escape detection. Corruption is the abuse of power by individuals who have access or is in a position to perform this activity for personal gain and greed. This action arises out of a type of contempt for the victim who are normally powerless to prevent.

Industrial Espionage   Industrial espionage describes activities such as theft of trade secrets through bribery, blackmail and technological surveillance, stealing technology and formulas, products and crucial information for the purpose of getting advantage over the competition, obtaining crucial information to gain the upper usually in the commercial field.

Vehicle Hijacking   Hijacking (also known as Carjacking) is a significant problem in South Africa. There were 16,000 carjackings in one year, (Between 30 and 40 trucks are being hijacked every month. While many of the hijackings are aimed at the load, a large percentage of the hijacked trucks are taken into neighbouring states)

and 60 murders a year resulting from these, while more than 110,000 vehicles are reported stolen annually. It has become a crime of prominence.

Insurance Claims   Insurance fraud has existed ever since the beginning of insurance as a commercial enterprise. Fraudulent claims account for a significant portion of all claims received by insurers, and cost billions annually. Fraudulent activities also affect the lives of innocent people, both directly through accidental or purposeful injury or damage, and indirectly as these crimes cause insurance premiums to be higher. Insurance fraud poses a very significant problem.
